Clothing Exchange Volunteer Schedule 2015-2016
The Clothing Exchange is made possible with volunteers and monetary donations.
It is staffed by volunteer parents/families within our district.
Each PTA Unit in the district donates money to be used to buy new underwear and socks.
Items are donated and volunteers sort and hang items and assist shoppers during shopping hours.
Do you know of a group needing service hours or interested in a tour?
Each PTA Unit has an assigned day to send volunteers, but anyone is welcome to volunteer more often.
Please arrive 30 minutes before shopping area opens.
Each elementary school is asked to send 4 volunteers from 8:30-11am on their assigned day.
The assigned middle school/high school work on the assigned evening shopping days from 4:30-7pm.
It is the responsibility of the volunteers to make arrangements for substitutes.
